This PPP Govt. is bunch of stupids like Rehman Malik firstly Double Sawari on Bikes was stopped then One hour ahead in Local Standard Times now SMS service to be stopped permenantly.
In public Convenience all such steps are taken which may cause to disturb them in totality.
