ufone.preview Ufone Pakistan Abolished Post Paid Reward Points PakPoint.comUfone Pakistan has abolished Ufone’s Postpaid Reward Points which were calculated based on the monthly bill of the  post paid connection subscriber. The IVS service and via  SMS ufone has informed its users regarding the end of this promotion whoever all those who have already earned some reward points can still redeem these within a limited time. Will this effect toward the overall loyalty of the Ufone subscribers ? I can hardly imagine that as the post paid users are usually indifferent from these kind of gimmicaks as mostly they are business users and they are more concerned with the quality of the service rather then these kind of redemption schemes. If Ufone do not compromise on the quality of service this may not effect any of its postpaid user base. However time will tell the reality and soon we will see how these small decision may or may not effect overall marketing strategy.
