TweetMeme is offline as they are experiencing some internal system problems. Here is a copy of their statement as found on there blog.

“TweetMeme is currently offline due to internal systems issues. We hope to have everything back online as soon as possible.

Buttons will continue to serve but tweet counts won’t update.
