The offer seems quite illusory; only the half truth has been told to the customers; nowhere do they mention the offer is not unlimited rather it encompasses only 100 minutes in a day why. The total cost for First time user will shoot up to Rs 59 as s/he will have to pay additional Rs 30 to reach to the package prior to subscribing to bucket. The total cost thus goes up to Rs 59 not including FED. There is a wide gap between the announced tariff and actual cost customer will end up paying. Why is it that the offer places a hundred (100) minute barrier in a given day? Robust businesses require lengthy calls? Can this package be a solution? Certainly not! How many customers know that un-utilized minutes will cease to exist immediately after 24 hours thus raising the overall call charges? Is it ethical on part of Operator to hide certain facts and twist logic?
Those who think the offer is ultimate solution to all problems should, think twice. The offer is valid for On net calls only. What about rest of the numbers outside Jazz? Subscribers availing the package will also lose the opportunity of availing other packages of the same operator once they OPT FOR Ghanta package. Keeping in mind the aforementioned issues circling the package, I think it’s not worth it! Why pay Rs 900 (excluding FED) for Jazz numbers only since it will be a part time solution, not the real one!
