hi ..is not chuutia..i know that maning.. its actually chutiya pronounced with a very short voice of U. which means zulfain.. u could also see the ladies with hair flowing in the pic.

its not the word chutiya- with a long sound of U. actually as in Chuutiyaa. i know that words meaning which means an idiot, jurk, or mad , or insane or stupid man. right?
so here is my explanation: this chutiya is pronounced with a very very short sound of U- as in the word ‘chutki’. the word now means chutya meaning in urdu zulfain, hair etc.
U could also girls in the pic with their hair highlighted.

so here is my explanation: this chutiya is pronounced with a very very short sound of U- as in the word ‘chutki’. the word now means chutya meaning in urdu zulfain, hair etc. actually one kind of old hair style produced by twisting of 2 layers air in each other.. just as girls in our rural places do. remember old films.

doest it matter chuutiya or chutia or chutiya all is the same in english = cunt
There are so many names which has several meanings in different languages. Why bother for these irresponsible talk. Chutia means hairs of small girl. Thia is the way of positive thinking. Thanks all the best
