PTA Trained its 175 Officials for IT
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has completed the advanced IT training to enhance the IT skills of its officials including lower staff. 175 officials which includes 103 staff members at Headquarters 40 Qasids/Naib Qasids and 32 officials at its Zonal Offices, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Rawalpindi have been trained. Advanced IT Training Program 2009 covered training areas such as MS office, trouble shooting, basic programs, network, software and advanced applications.
An award ceremony was held at PTA Headquarters. PTA Chairman Dr. Muhammed Yaseen, distributed certificates among the position holders of this training program. PTA Member Finance Syed Nasrul Karim Ghaznavi, Member Technical Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar and senior officers of the Authority were also present on this occasion.PTA has initiated advance training of all its employees. Earlier in 2008 PTA arranged Basic IT Training Program 2008 for its staff members covering word processing, spread sheet, multimedia etc.
Interestingly even after having so much trainings and skills PTA have still no control or role toward country top level domain .pk which is under the monopoly of PKNIC (they are also famous of Domain Hijacking). There are also rumors that PTA Chairman Dr. Yaseen is taking its personal share from Mr. Ashar Nisar of PKNIC off the record.

The only person I’ve seen spreading such rumors online is you.
Where’s your evidence, back-biter?
Well there is now back biting, What ever is wriiten above is quite obvious, clear and open to all. I feel sorry for you if you are offended by anything.
If you have evidence, present it! It’s that simple.
It’s strange that you say it’s not a rumor on twitter when right in your post you use the word ‘rumor’ to describe the payoffs.
