It has been noted that in Pakistan almost all the cellular companies are in a habit of coming up with 'interesting' and 'consumer friendly' offers with big advertising bangs. But it is sad that these offers are retrieved without any notice and the consumers are befooled time and again. It may be recalled that Telenor called back its lunch time offer during 2008 within the very first week on its launch, recently Mobilink and Telenor pulled back their SMS bundle packages on Eids. Now Ufone has recently announced a 'Solid Offer' that is quite beneficial for the consumers but I am sure that this company too, following its comrades, will take the offer back without any notice. Can anyone help the consumers raise voice that good offers are not taken back?
