NA approves committee to implement CoD

The National Assembly has unanimously approved a resolution to form a committee for implementation of Charter of Democracy(CoD).

Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said nation and political forces should be unite to resolve issues.

Addressing in National Assembly session, Premier Gilani said we will ensure the supremacy of parliament, will restore constitution of1973 in its original form and eliminate amendments made during dictatorship.

He congratulated the parliament and nation on restoration of judges and fulfillment of promise of implementation of (CoD). Charter of Democracy is an important document after 73’s constitution that was signed by Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Mian Nawaz Sharif.

Prime minister said 17th amendment and 58 2(B) will be eliminated soon. We will present such a bill in which accountability should not be reflected as revenge, he added.

Committee Committee Committee All rubbish if you do not have intention to do the job according to its required merit then form a COMMITTEE!
