As a pakistani guy, I 100% support what u are saying. The abusive language and even the mere mention of killing the girls to show them a lesson goes to show how ignorant most pakistani young men are. They are brainwashed by mullahs, and they are honestly sex-deprived souls who wish nothing but hate on others.

Imagine a turban-clad crazy Taleban extremist comes up to you and tells you to cover every inch of skin on your body, to not leave the house, and to give up your education. Assuming that you are the average, pseudo-moderate pakistani girl you’d consider this man an intolerable extremist who has no place in post-middle age society.
But to him, YOU are the one not conforming to his interpretation of islamic society. To him, he’s right and you are the one going to hell, and so he feels he must intervene for the betterment of society as a whole.
And what of the other extremist in your eyes, this model? Here is another version of that turban-clad crazyman in the form of a beauty queen in a bikini. How do you decide who’s better? Are they both equally bad in your eyes? And you assume you have a moral standard (that as you have said, you do not always follow yourself, but who can?). How do you know your interpretation of morality is the correct one? Does whatever this lady is doing make her any worse of a human being? About this model who is imitating the western society she is wrong because logically it is proven that the whole west especially the young generation who are touching the lowest point of human morality is miserable. They have deteriorated in social and moral values for example 80% youngsters are smoking and more than 50% are addicated to drungs and this I can say with full authencity because I am one of the students in one of the univesities in that society.

I’d love to review the source of those statistics that 80% of youngsters smoke, and that half of them are addicted to drugs, as I doubt very much the truth is anywhere close to it.
Firstly, I am aware of the perception that ‘islam is a way of life, rather than a religion.’ That is all fair enough, as long as muslims are not obnoxious about their beliefs, and accept that other standards exist in the world which may not suit theirs. Then you say that if islamic law is implemented in its entirity there would be revolutions in the world for its conversion. I very much doubt that too, I doubt even you would think it is fair to chop a thief’s right hand for his first coviction, or that in the even of rape, your testimony could be trumped by a man unless you are backed by at least three other men.
Let’s get this straight. Shariah law is outdated. It was the most modern, moderate, and extremely desirable form of governance about a millenium ago but it is by no means adaptable to the 21st century society, western or eastern.
For the record, I too go to university in a western country, and love it here.
Furthermore, reality check: people are prosperous, justified, and living a thoroughly peaceful lives in most parts of the world. Refraining from naming Hugh Hefner as an example, do you think Mother Theresa would go to hell after what she did all her life, just because she wasn’t muslim?

I am living in UK from 5 years. The families who moved here ages ago and their new generation has born and grown up here,they are abusing pakistani culture and religion islam. well! it is true that a lot of women in pakistan are starting to wear stuff that shows more skin that the religion allows. Women in U.S, UK and Canada are even worse. Dressing no different than anyone other American woman. We as men like the skin when we see it on an American woman but make a big deal about it when a pakistani or a muslim girl does the same.
I am not sure what the correct answer is; all i know is that the religion tells women to cover their bodies but it also tells men to look down when you see a woman, so obviously if a woman is half naked and we comment about it, both of us did something against the religion, the woman did not cover her body and we did not lower our eyes; atleast not until we took a good look at it lol…

I am still young at the age of 23, but still I admitted to my family, cousins and friends. What I did in this world and I am ready to change myself.
