For this there exists an application known as TwitWipe we can do the requested job for you. With this tool deleting all your tweets is a very easy going process you just have to enable this application with your account and then to press only one click to confirm the delete process.
Here are some FAQs related to this tool  copied from their official website.

Why not just delete the account and create a new one?

Doing so will create a new user id (the numeric id). It’s essentially a separate account. Using TwitWipe lets you keep all your authentication and third aparty app connections active, so you don’t need to sign in to different sites all over again!

How long does it take?

If you’ve got a lot of tweets (like my 22,000+), this can take a really long time. Add to that the Twitter API limitation (currently 150 per hour) which will allow for a maximum of 30,000 statuses to be deleted per hour. If I TwitWipe my account, it should take a little under an hour! But I’m not known for my math skills, so…

If you get disconnected or any other interruption occurs, you can simply come back here and start wiping again. TwitWipe will delete whatever is remaining.

Is there a way to get them all back?

What is this, a “Get your ex back” scam website? Nope. You can’t get your tweets back. Not right now. Once TwitWipe has deleted the tweets, they’re gone for good.
