The Flare magazine (a so called leading telecoms magazine published from Islamabad (the only contact information available is Voice : +92-51-2890054 Fax: +92-51-2891339) is caught red handed for plagiarisms by Baber Bhati (a blogger) for copying his and other blogs contents without any credit.
