As rightly said so Rtd. Gen. HG if Pakistan set the example for future to put Pervaiz Mushraff into Strict Judicial Trial then more than 50% justification/reasoning of Taliban, promoting Terrorism whether right or wrong would be finished but America is the Big Problem as she is the Guarantor to Provide the Safe Guard to him.
Further HG out rightly refused the theory of Pakistan’s Non Capability to face America right after 9/11 when Pervaiz Mushraff took the 180 Degree U-Turn on Afghan Policy, as this so called Stupid Air Vice Shamshad Pointed Out that Pakistan does not have capability to face America.
In short it is not practically proofed that only Extremism within the society is the root cause of all the problems in Pakistan No Sir not at all, the entire Un-Justice System in our Society is the Major Problem in this Hi Fi American Backed in form of Awarded NRO plus those Generals who think themselves that they are above the LAW, Given the fact that No external power like America can topple one’s homeland if we stream line our Judicial System.
This is an Open Challenged You may take any example from the history e.g. the killer of Khan Liaquat Ali Khan, Ayub Khan, Yahya Khan, Zia ul Haq, Pervaiz Musharraf, AZ, Benazir Bhutto, Altaf Hussain & Co. Sh. Rasheed, Pervaiz Illahi, Mian Manzoor Watto, You name it I will incorporate here-at the same, whenever they are being tried to interrogate by any law enforcement agency many if & buts are started without any reason.=====And for common man even a Bi-Cycle Thief was remained behind the bars up to 7 years, I myself know a Magistrate who summoned the wife of Gen.Zia ul Haq he was remained behind the bars up-to 17 years, in the last he lost his mental health his parents were died just because of this Great Sorrows his children & wife were displaced on the compliance of these Fauji Generals & other Law Enforcement Agencies ORDERs attempted raped his wife & daughters and Almighty Knows his other children what they had faced subsequently, Almighty Knows Better, I may tell you Countless Registered Cases even those have been incorporated in PLD where the difference of Elite & Common Man Treatment in Law in totally Different Manner Vis a Vis this is felt too badly & very strongly!!!!!!!??????
