LAHORE: Lahore High Court Monday declared Mudassir Qayyum
Nahira, a Muslim League (N) member of national assembly, disqualified
for holding fake degree.
The court also ordered the election
commission to hold by election on NA-100 in Gujranwala within two
months.
Bilal Ijaz, a rival candidate, had challenged the
graduation degree of Mudassir Qayyum Nahira in LHC.
The court in
previous hearing had asked Mudassir Qayyum to resign from the seat
otherwise the court will issue its verdict.
The election
tribunal of Lahore High Court today declared Mudassir Qayyum Nahira
disqualified and ordered the election commission to hold by election in
NA-100 in Gujranwala.

Disqualification from the seat is not enough punishement for these fake degree holders, but they must be punished severly, other wise all these fake degree holders will be given another ticket from their PARTY just like Dasti, and with the illegal support from their godfather, they will be re-elected. This is against law and a very big disgrace to Suprem Court, which they must take serious action against such criminals.
